I have a card sketch for you today from Freshly Made Sketches.  To see what the others created click here.  These sketches are awesome, and I highly recommend you try it some time.  Even if you do not "enter" them onto their site and just use for ideas.  There are some sketches I use over and over and are just classics.

This particular card had a lot of possibilities.  I thought it screamed for washing tape.

Batman Punch Art

Who needs a really great card for a little boys birthday?!  This is perfect and the good news is  it is very easy to make and requires only a few things!

I love how bold the batman came out.  It took me a few tries to get the batman center just right.  Just keep playing around with it.  I cut out an oval framelit, folded it in half so it was centered and then punched.  I used this as a template and Voila!  Super Cute!  I love the inside too, "you're super".  The You're comes from the Fabulous Four Stamp Set by Stampin Up.

Happy Valentines Day's...Almost

Can you believe we are already planning for Valentines Day.  I have brought you one of my favorite Valentines cards.  I use the Bokuh technique.  

Bokuh:
Step 1: Choose 3 different colors, and scatter the colors throughout the card stock using small daubers.
Step 2: I recommend having a thick piece of cardstock and punch several hearts in varying sizes.  Make sure to leave enough space between hearts.
Step 3: Place the punched card stock on top of your colored piece and begin dabbing with white craft ink.  Be sure to completely cover the heart in white ink.

Hey Stampers! 
I apologize that it has been so long.  I am back in my craft room preparing for Christmas.  

This is a simple Design I adapted for Christmas.  The musical notes and forest green pines are perfect for this Christmas card. The Peace on Earth is embossed in a rich gold and is popped up off the page for dimension.

Hello All!

If you are in the mid-west as I am you will agree that fall is upon us.  I saw several women wearing boots, which I am thrilled about.  A wardrobe change.

As a result I have been brainstorming Thanksgiving cards.  This is a particularly colorful one that matches the colors that we will all see shortly.  I love the Seasonally Scattered from Stampin Up.

Thinking Christmas....yeah, probably not.  I just saw this sketch and thought this would be perfect.  I used a negative shape for the oval.

I know it is hard to believe but I am already starting to think of Thanksgiving.  If you are anything like me, my projects often take time to make so I need to plan early and often!  I am gathering pins for the Thanksgiving table and beginning my card making season with this beauty!

This card come from a MOJO461 challenge.  This sketch could have gone so many ways but I love Stampin Ups Wonderous Wreath for more occasions than just Christmas.

Hey Stampers!

Don't you just LOVE all of the intricate framelits that Stampin Up has come out with!  They are fabulous and can be sure for so many different occasions.  However, this particular design just screens wedding cards to me.

The lower design has a vellum base that is over layed with the black details floral design. The white pulls out and you can write on the inside and the back.

Flourishing Phrases is such a delicate stamp and can be used for a variety of sentiments.  I loved these colors for a wedding!
